Have vs Have Got
Have y Have Got both express possesion. There is no difference in meaning but Have Got is less formal and only exists in the Present Simple Tense.
Tanto Have como Have Got expresan posesión. Significan lo mismo pero Have Got es menos formal y solo existe en Tiempo Presente Simple.
To Have
To Have is a regular verb.
We almost never use the contraction so you can forget about it.
To Have es un verbo regular. Apenas usamos la contracción así que puedes olvidarlo.

Have got is less formal. Do not use it in formal writing. It is very common to use the contraction.
